Why I Created This Journey
Hi, I’m Douglas White. I’ve spent almost 30 years learning, discovering, applying, and coaching individuals and groups in emotional awareness, blending spirituality and everyday practicality. I’m a speaker, facilitator, and lifelong student of what it means to feel deeply and live fully.
For years, I used my emotions as a way to manifest things in my life. Then I used emotions as a way to “heal” my life. Now I use my emotions to be in relationship with my life. When I finally learned this, everything shifted. This program distills that shift into 10 intentional weeks so you can experience the same freedom and fulfillment. It’s for anyone who senses there’s more to life and is ready to build a deeper, kinder relationship with themselves.

Learn how to move emotion instead of suppressing or bypassing it; Understand how your language and questions shape your energy; explore your physical sensations as responses to your words and internal questions; and allow how you feel to bring out the awareness for you.

Continue the exploration of shifting. Learn to recognize when you’re clinging to a story that blocks movement. Build the skill of gently reorienting as you choose.
